Common questions

How do I log a question I got wrong?

Tap the green + next to the tabs at the bottom. Take a photo, choose a screenshot or paste the question. Eventually reads it and crops it for you, so all that's left is to pick the right answer and why you missed it, then tap Save.

The question text came out wrong.

Tap Edit text under the question and fix it before you save. A retake in good light, with the whole question in the picture, usually helps too.

It says no valid exercise detected.

That means Eventually couldn't find a practice question in the picture. Try a clearer screenshot of just the question.

Who is Eva?

Eva is the study assistant in the app. She can write your study plan, score your readiness, send you a weekly briefing and answer questions about the mistakes you've logged. She works from your own log and never pretends to quote an official answer key.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your questions, images and chats belong to your account and nobody else using the app can see them. The Privacy Policy explains which services help us run things.

I signed in with Apple and hid my email. Can I still get help?

Of course. Email us from any address and mention you used Apple sign in. We'll find your account.

How do I change my exam date or study hours?

Open Settings. Tap your exam date to change it, or Personal details to change your hours and other answers.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and tap Delete account. Everything is removed for good. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account address and we'll do it for you.
