Eventually is a small app that helps people studying for the GMAT™ Focus exam learn from the questions they get wrong. This page explains what the app keeps about you, why, who helps us run it, and how to delete it all.
Questions? Email lengfeifreya@gmail.com and you'll hear back from a real person.
What we keep
Your account
- Your email address, and your name if you give it.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email they share with us. With Apple you can hide your email, and then we only see a relay address.
- A profile picture or icon, if you choose one.
Your study details
- Your exam and exam date.
- Your answers from setup: how long you've been working, what you do, and how many hours you can study on weekdays and weekends.
- Your study plan and the checkpoints you've ticked off.
The questions you log
- Screenshots or photos of questions you missed, and the text of those questions.
- The answer, reasons, tags and notes you add.
- Your quiz history for each question, like how often you've tried it and when you last did.
Eva, the study assistant in the app
- What you ask Eva and what she replies.
- Your readiness reports, weekly briefings and any audio briefings you ask for.
- Notes you save to the Studio.
What we don't collect
- No ad tracking, no location and no contacts.
- No outside analytics or tracking tools.
- We never sell your data or use it for ads.
Why we keep it
Only to make the app work for you: to sign you in, to show your plan, questions, quizzes and analytics, and to let Eva answer you and write your plan and reports.
Your data belongs to your account alone. Other people using Eventually never see it.
Who helps us run the app
A few services do some of the work. Each one only gets what it needs.
| Service | What it does | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Stores your account and data, and runs our server | Everything listed above, kept in your own private space |
| Anthropic (Claude) | Reads question screenshots and powers Eva | A screenshot, only when you add one, so it can find the question and type it out. Your exam, setup answers and logged questions (counts, tags and your notes) when you use Eva. A short summary of your chats with Eva for your weekly briefing. |
| Google (Gemini) | Reads audio briefings aloud | Only the briefing script, and only when you ask for audio |
| Apple or Google sign in | Signs you in, if you pick them | Handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies |
Everything goes through our server first. The app never sends your data straight to an AI company, and images only go to Anthropic when you add a new screenshot.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, it all goes.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. That permanently removes your account and login, your questions and images, your plan, reports and briefings (audio too), and your chats, notes and exam. There's no undo.
Can't get into the app? Email lengfeifreya@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Our database only lets each account read its own data and files.
Children
Eventually is made for adults getting ready for business school. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Just email lengfeifreya@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll tell you in the app too.
